One company, Sefiarray B.V., runs Betmac and TrustStake, which is why their register line, much of the wording of their terms and several limits below match. The comparisons below cover all four casinos. The CGA does not define Assessment in progress on its list, and the end dates printed for the Assessment in progress lines are earlier than the day we read the register.
What a Curacao licence means for UK players
A Curacao licence comes from the Curaçao Gaming Authority under Curaçao law, the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK), which came into force on 24 December 2024. A Gambling Commission licence comes from the UK regulator. These are different regulators with different rules and a different complaints route, which the complaints section below sets out.
The register does not settle everything. The CGA says its lists do not guarantee the current validity of licences, because licensing status can change over time, and that no rights can be derived from them. A line shows what the CGA printed on the day we read it and nothing more.

How we check a Curacao licence
We start with the casino's own terms and take the company name and any licence number printed there. The CGA register lists licensees by company, not by casino brand, so a line matches when it names that company or number. For Betmac and TrustStake the match is on the company name and its company number, 155219. We then note the status of the line, taken from the list the CGA last updated on 9 October 2026.

We do not rely on a digital seal on a casino's page. On 7 October 2026 the CGA said its current digital seal will be affected by its move to a new platform, and that it will introduce another way for operators to show that a domain is licensed by the CGA. Withdrawals and limits by casino

At Betmac and TrustStake, VIP players can be entitled to higher withdrawal limits if agreed, and both say they cannot be held liable for the length of time it takes to process payments.
The withdrawal conditions that apply at Betmac and TrustStake:
- A player who deposits with Visa or Mastercard can only withdraw by bank transfer.
- Either casino may charge a fee for processing a withdrawal. The fee is shown when you make the request.
- An inactive account can be charged an account management fee of 10 EUR a month, or the equivalent in the account currency.
- Verification can ask for a copy of an ID document (ID, driver's licence or passport) and a utility bill no older than 3 months, with the name and address registered on the account.
Betmac adds that it can decline a withdrawal request until verification is complete in full, and that this covers identity, age, location and phone number. Requests there typically take 24-48 hours to approve, and some are instant.
TrustStake says every account needs verification for age, fraud prevention, payment processing, promotion restrictions and account closure, and that the player may need to submit copies of the personal documents named above.
BetFury can ask for a picture ID (a copy of a passport, driver's licence or national ID card) and a recent utility bill listing your name and address.

Betmac and TrustStake list bank transfer for withdrawals. BetFury lists its crypto assets as available for deposits and withdrawals. TrustStake's homepage also lists e-wallets among its deposit methods.

TrustStake's general terms and its promotion data give different multipliers for the same offer, so read its bonus terms before you claim. Our Bonuses score for TrustStake rests on its 45x figure. BetFury's 40x is the highest welcome wagering after TrustStake's, and its score for Bonuses is 2 of 5.
The wagering requirements work like this at Betmac and TrustStake. You claim the bonus by selecting it in the deposit section and making a qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus can only be used on slots. Deposits made with cryptocurrency do not qualify for the welcome offer.
How bets count differs:
- Betmac: slots, arcade and scratch cards count 100% towards wagering. Table, card and live casino games count 10%. Sportsbook bets count 0%.
- TrustStake: slots count 100%. Roulette bets on both black and red, and any opposite betting pattern, do not count. Bets on a slot's gamble feature do not count either.
- BetFury: bonus funds unlock by playing slots, live games and BetFury Originals in the Bonus Wagering category. System bets do not count.
Betmac and TrustStake both run a Monday reload. TrustStake's is a €100 Monday Reload. It also pays cashback based on the previous day's real-money net losses on slots, with a daily cap of €250 and a minimum eligible amount of €5. The cashback comes as a cash bonus with zero wagering requirements, and you must claim it before 23:59 UTC on the day it is issued.
What the wagering adds up to
Pick a bonus amount. Each card multiplies it by the wagering the casino states for its welcome bonus, which is how much you would have to bet before the bonus can be withdrawn. This is our calculation from each casino's own terms. It leaves out free spin winnings and games that count less than 100%, and each card is in the currency that casino states, so the sums are not a straight comparison.

Games and studios
TrustStake puts its library at 2,000+ games, which is the casino's own claim and not an exact count. Its pages describe a large slots library, crash games, sports betting and live tables with roulette, blackjack and baccarat streamed by real dealers, in several versions for different stakes.
Betmac describes a live dealer lobby with streams from land-based casinos, and live game shows named as Dream Catcher Live, Gonzo's Treasure Hunt Live and Deal or No Deal Live. Its jackpot line-up is Book of Atem WowPot, Wheel of Wishes, Major Millions, King Cashalot and Age of the Gods: King of Olympus. It says regulatory bodies test its games and that each spin is independent and unpredictable because of RNG.
Roobet lists over 7,000 games and BetFury over 13,000, neither with an exact count. Roobet's live casino lists over 500 active rooms, with game shows such as Mega Ball, Crazy Balls and Mega Wheel and its own Roo's Auto Roulette. BetFury names Monopoly Live, Crazy Time and Mega Ball as game shows, and 16 BetFury Exclusives.

Complaints and disputes
Betmac and TrustStake give the same route. You email customer service. The support team handles the complaint, escalates it inside the organisation if needed and keeps the player informed to a reasonable level. Roobet names Resolvo Curacao for binding alternative dispute resolution if a complaint stays unresolved. BetFury sends complaints to customer service, then to management, and names EGIS-ADR as its approved dispute provider.
The CGA says it does not handle individual complaints and cannot mediate, arbitrate or order a casino to pay a player. It asks players to deal with the casino first and to use legal channels if needed. It does take reports of possible breaches of the law, but it will not disclose the status of any investigation. Its certificate list names 7 holders certified for alternative dispute resolution.
